1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VetFaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
VetFaster provides a coordination platform that connects pet owners, veterinarians, and a licensed Alberta pharmacy partner for the dispensing and delivery of veterinary prescriptions in Calgary, Airdrie, and Chestermere.
We are not a veterinarian and do not provide veterinary advice or diagnosis. All prescriptions are issued by licensed veterinarians and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of one of our serviced areas to use our services.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
Payment is processed by third party payment processors. By placing an order you authorize the charge for the full amount including taxes and any delivery fees.
6. Delivery
We deliver across Alberta, with delivery times of within 72 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Prescription medications cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons once dispensed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design on this website are owned by VetFaster or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetFaster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
