We share information only with: your prescribing veterinarian, our partner licensed Alberta pharmacy responsible for dispensing, payment processors, delivery partners, and service providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Personal and pet health information is stored on secure servers located in Canada wherever possible. We use industry standard encryption, access controls, and audit logging to protect your data.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we use commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
