VetFaster complies with Canada's Anti Spam Legislation (CASL). We send commercial electronic messages only with your express or implied consent.
2. Types of Messages
Transactional messages: order confirmations, shipping updates, prescription reminders, and account notifications. These are sent as part of providing the service you requested.
Promotional messages: newsletters, product updates, and offers. Sent only if you opt in during signup or through your account preferences.
3. Identifying Information
Every commercial electronic message will identify VetFaster as the sender, include valid contact information, and provide a clear and easy unsubscribe option.
4. Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time using the link at the bottom of any email or by emailing privacy@vetfaster.com. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
5. Reporting Concerns
If you believe you received a message in violation of CASL, contact us at privacy@vetfaster.com so we can investigate and take corrective action.
